🧬 Determine whether it’s noise or true stem like cells in PRCC
Sparse low number of cells belonging to cancer cell clusters exist in non-treated sample. Are they noise or artifact due to inperfection of integration algorithm or are they true stem like cells prediposted to be prone to tumorogenesis?
