About Me

I am an impact-driven Computational Biologist who has successfully transformed complex data into pre-clinically validated cancer prevention and treatment, delivering high-confidence, data-driven decisions and actionable insights.

My research impact is demonstrated by (co-)first-author publications in leading journals:

  • Nature Communications (2025)
  • Oncogene (2022 & 2023)
  • EMBO Reports (2023)
  • Two manuscripts in preparation.

I deliver pre-clinically validated solutions by:

  • Integrating seamlessly expertise across computational analysis and bench science of biomedicine.
  • Applying robust mathematical and biological reasoning for novel discovery.
  • Leveraging single-cell and spatial genomics to discover and prioritize therapeutic targets.

I represented my university in the National Mathematical Modeling Contest and am highly proficient in developing and customizing computational infrastructure, including:

  • Building and maintaining R packages from scratch.
  • Debugging and extending open-source R and Python tools.
  • Developing and optimizing scalable pipelines for translational R&D.

I built end-to-end Spatial Genomics pipelines, managing the entire workflow from sample preparation and sequencing library construction to bioinformatics customized for real-world data, publication-ready data presentation, and preclinical validation.
